Hey, I’m Rachel, a physiotherapist based in Ottawa Ontario. I received my Master's degree in Physiotherapy from the University of Toronto in 2018 and have since been practicing in the areas of orthopaedic and pelvic health physio. My passion for promoting health and wellness drives me to integrate my love for movement into a holistic approach to patient care, to improve people's day-to-day functioning and overall lives.

Outside the clinic, you'll find me sharing my love for movement as a certified yoga and Pilates teacher and exploring the great outdoors through activities like hiking. My holistic approach to health and well-being encompasses mind, body, and spirit, and I'm committed to empowering you to reach your full potential.

Therapeutic yoga and Pilates Rehabilitation
Therapeutic yoga and Pilates rehabilitation is personalized, one on one fitness that tailors poses, breath work, core strength and mindfulness techniques to address your specific goals.
